A coalition of freedom of expression organizations led by the International Press Institute (IPI) launched the “I Subscribe” campaign for independent journalism in Turkey. The campaign encourages readers from around the world to subscribe to Turkey’s few remaining independent newspapers as a gesture of support.

Free Liu Xia

The Chinese poet and painter Liu Xia has been under house arrest since 2010 almost incommunicado. She has not been charged with law offenses, and her physical and mental health have worsened. Join the campaign and sign the petition.
